The LOGIC of MLB Extra Innings?
So the baseball season kicks in this week, and yet...You can't order mlb extra innings until Monday????
STUPID!
It really kinda irked me :-(

OK, I broke down today and ordered MLB. I just couldn't face not seeing the opening home game tomorrow.

I think it's because even though there were two regular season games in Japan & one last night, they were all televised on ESPN, so there was no need to have Extra Innings operational as the games would have been blacked out anyway. If your cable provider is anything like mine, they will be able to start your order within in minutes of the phone call. Also, my channels are also shared with the hockey package, so I think they were trying to squeeze it out til the last possible minute.
